Conservatives: Don't Say 'Redistribution!"

It is commonly said that the liberals or those who think in terms of their favorite group du jour are more articulate than the conservatives or those who think in terms of the rights and dignity of the individual.I agree with this assessment and think the reason is that conservatives are generally the producers of goods and services while the liberals are generally talkers and are heavily found in such occupations as teachers, professors, trial lawyers, politicians, and greenie weenies. Talkers tend to be more articulate than doers. Liberals are using the word "redistribution," and conservatives are erroneously picking it and using it too. This is a mistake as "redistribution of wealth" implies that wealth was first distributed by the State, then collected, and distributed again.
This is not true and plays into the hands of the liberals who want to make the State all-powerful and all-providing. The reality is that money is first earned by individuals at their jobs or businesses, then it is collected through taxes by the State at the local, state, and federal level. After paying their armies of bureaucrats often very comfortable salaries, some of the collected money is given out as chump change to certain favored groups. The honest phrase to describe this process is "wealth is seized from some and gifted to others." "Redistribution of wealth" is simply a Liberal Trojan Horse. If you're an alert conservative, don't repeat the Liberal drivel. Say "wealth seized from some and gifted to others. Yes, it's longer, but it often takes more time to tell the truth than it does to simply lie.
